Hi all!

A lot has happened since we talked last. Summer has come and gone, and Jack and I are getting so big. We are having fun learning how to be brothers. We have mastered the skill of fighting and making up with hugs. We love to ride our bikes together, play outside, take trips to the nearby high school, read books, and hang with family. We are home today with mom with what she's calling "pinkeye." Sounds fun, huh?

This one's for John

I know. I really do. It has been way too long. There has been so much that has happened since my last post, I better get right to it.
I am a big 3 year old, and Jack is now 2! Can you believe it? He's grown up so fast. We are learning to love eachother's company and actually like playing with one another. Mom and Dad are constantly making comments about how much "easier" their life is getting. What is that supposed to mean?
What do I love these days? Singing, dancing, discovering how things work, and playing with Jack are on the top of my list. Jack? He likes throwing balls (and other objects), destroying, and playing with me. Jack and I do lots together. We play outside, ride bikes, read, watch movies, and surf the net.
You know, there's lots of special Johns in my life. One of them is the guy who my mom and dad went to visit in New York City this past weekend. My mom told me that he was complaining that the blog wasn't updated, so I felt like I needed to update you all and make a promise to do it more often. So, this one's for you John! We love you and thanks for showing my parents a good time~did they behave? If not, I like telling them to go to "timeout" these days too. We love you all!

Happy First Day of School

I hope that all of you kids out there have a great beginning to the school year. Personally, I can't wait to get to school and I think I'm ready...I know how to use my manners, I know how to sing Happy Birthday, and I really love being around other kids. On that same note, I think Jack is pretty close to being ready, too. He can say most animal sounds, and is really good at saying NO-mom and dad talk lots about kids like that from their schools.
Here are a few pictures my mom and dad took when they got back from their first day of school.

End of Summer

This summer has been great, and it's coming to an end. Mom and Dad are heading back to work, and Jack and I get to go back to having parties with Grandma, Nana, and Miss Sharon. We are excited, but we know mom and dad are a little sad.
Big news... I cut my hair. I wanted a buzz cut like my dad. I look pretty cute, but my mom thinks it makes me look older, which makes her sad. Jack is still up to no good, as you can see from the pictures.
I hope you all had a good summer. Love and kisses to you all!

Summer Trips

I love summertime because it gives us all a chance to take some trips together as a family. Jack and I are troopers in the car, so traveling is a little easier for my mom and dad. So far this summer, we've made it to Winter Park, Broomfield, Fort Collins a couple of times, Steamboat and we still have Breckenridge to look forward to soon.
Traveling is fun, but we sure do have a lot to pack in the car. Between beds for Jack and I, food, diapers, toys, books, etc., we sure do have a heavy car at the end of it all. Mom is always thankful to get home so that she can get everything put back together.
Jack is learning a lot. He continues to train to become the strongest baby on the planet, but in between that, he loves making animal noises and singing 'ABCs' and 'Twinkle.' He's super cute.
Me? I'm still pretty sweet, and always make people's hearts melt when I say "Hi" to them. I'm pretty charming if you ask me.

Cousins!

Jack and I have been so lucky to spend some time with our cousins this summer. We love the time we spend with them, and learn different things from each of them! I posted some pictures of Livi, Quinn and Owen. I am missing a picture of Noah. He teaches me lots of fun things. I also put a picture of my Aunt Tera, bc she has my next cousin in her belly. The picture of "Unc John" makes me giggle, too. He's pretty silly.
Other than time with cousins, I hear that summer is coming to an end for my mom and dad. Personally, I think they're a bit spoiled to have two months off. Most people seem to be at work during the summer. I love them a lot, but I miss my grandmas too.
I continue to make my mom and dad laugh with my singing and dancing, and Jack keeps them busy by running around dodging danger. Love and open mouth kisses to you all!

Strong Baby Training

I'm helping my brother train for the World's Strongest Baby contest. I'm not sure when or where it is, but I love training Jack for the competition. It's fun for me. There are lots of pictures coming soon from our recent trip to the zoo and the 4th of July. Enjoy the video!
